Cutting on anabolic diet, 2 weeks fully keto then following the 5on/2off split.
Finishing a smolov bench cycle atm (2 workouts to go) then I will go back on a push/pull/legs Str/Hypertrophy split.

Tonight's BW was at 214 pounds.
