2-3 Hours I eat a healthy meal with a nice balance of everything necessary. I serve myself a bit more than the rest of my family so as to take in more calories and everything else. I'm never hungry because I always eat every 2-3 hours. So eating has become somewhat of a chore now..
anyone else feel the same way?

Used to. Actually I'm bulking and I was ALWAYS hungry off 5-6 meals. Decided to try a warrior diet-like eating pattern (slightly larger eating window than the diet prescribes, but it works) and problem was solved. Now I'm not horrendously hungry during the fasting part, I eat like a monster when I do, and it's a lot more instinctive as I just stop when I'm full, but if my body needs more nutrients, it will signal to me that I need to eat again, later. It'll also tell me what kind of food to eat (fat, carb, protein), and you get better at being in tune with your internal mechanisms.

sigh* More warrior diets 'bros'....
If you are workin out on an empty stomach, you are crazy. If you are then waiting for 5 hours before eating your only meal of the day, you are insane.
As long as you hit your daily macros and have your PWO nutrition in check, you'll be fine. Don't listen to people preaching fad diets.

^This. Doing what feels right for your body and not a strict schedule will make it more natural than a chore. And if you can't, don't worry about it. You're not going to lose 3lbs of muscle and hurt all your lifts lol
^Exactly. If it isn't working with your lifestyle then make a change. Do what works for you. I like to make bulk mixtures of high cal foods and bring them with me for the rest of the day. Quick and easy, and I take a few spoons whenever I feel like.
