i am on the cut and was thinking about cooking some pasta and eating twice for two days is that bad

If it fits into your calories its a great source of carbs and energy. Just be careful and measure it out as what looks to a lot of ppl like 1 serving of pasta is in fact 3-4 servings.Originally Posted by boss1984
