A lot of pain on my right chest

I've had a lot of pain on my right chest for over two weeks now. I've been on the same work out schedule, going every other day doing full body work outs. Haven't really changed anything except just went up in the bench to 165 pounds. Lately I've been more careful and dropped to 155 to see if my chest needs time to heal and what not but it still hurts. It also hurts when I do dips.

I think I have enough protein for my body weight, 1 shake of ON 100% whey before and another after, 4 fried eggs, plain cold cut sandwiches, grilled chicken, scrambled eggs every day, and whatever else beef and chicken they have at my dining hall.

This pain also comes when I just simply raise my arm. It's mostly around my arm pit area, like my chest closest to my arm pits so I guess my pecs furthest to the right side.

This post is all over the place in a way, but I just tried to provide as much information as possible. I'm thinking I should deload or just avoid the gym for a week and do cardio. The pain is near where Jerome Dinh's pec injury in his Pec tear journal so I don't really want that happening.

Any input will be helpful. :]

    Anyone?

I noticed there's a few other threads about this kind of problem but they have gone unanswered as well so I don't know what my problem is.

Sounds like a pec pull or strain. All kind of pulls, tears, spreans, partial tear are called muscle strain.
You should back off immediately because now its easier to get it again later or maybe worse.

Give it a month or more to be more sure and more healthy and start very light throughout ur LONG career of bodybuilding.

Thanks, I think I'm going to back off chest and arms for sometime and see what happens. Going to continue with legs/back/abs and some cardio in replace of chest and arms.

The chest works in most compound lifts. For faster recovery I suggest complete rest and you should also visit a doctor and find another hobbies for sometime now. And stop testing the painful movements to track ur improvement.
