    So im going to dirty bulk. How much weight can i gain in 4 months?

    Stats: 5'6 130 lbs.

    Gonna start rippe toes. Anyway, i am going to dirty bulk and eat every thing in sight. i'll force myself to eat, as well as drink a weight gainer.

    now then, my goal weight is 160 lbs. Do you guy's think this is a good weight, if I am dirty bulking?(i dont have the time+money for clean bulking) Do you think I can make it to 160 lbs in this time? And what weight gainer would you suggest, that would give me good results?

    I think you should clean bulk really. I'm doing that at the moment on rippetoes and am getting nice gains!

    Well the only thing I have to eat that is healthy is breakfest+dinner. But during lunches(school lunch and home lunch) is when I have to eat dirty foods to up my calories. I cant do a full clean bulk, since i dont have the time+money

    All you will get is FAT. FAT. FAT. Dirty bulk doesn't work because empty calories means they're empty, empty things don't help you! Hoped that help! Go with a clean bulk.
