Hey guys, I read a lot from this guy and i really like his approach.
Im pretty overhelmed over different methos of getting from 13% BF to 8-9% BF
any chance some1 can link a diet ratio and methos by alan aragon?

You could search his name in the search engine, and read all of his posts. Almost all will be helpful, and those that aren't will be funny. Perhaps a better idea would be buying his book from his website though. Not that I'm a big believer in shilling, generally speaking, but it's good stuff.
