hmm? I donno if there is a formula. Just consume your higher cholesterol foods with some olive oil.

I would assume if you lowered your carb intake later on in the day you could have you olive oil with your meats/eggs on an empty stomach if you really wanted to boost its effect.

Don't forget your body can only convert so much fat into test. Lol... don't go crazy for deminished returns. a tablesppon a day is probably enough.
