    Mine right now are:

    Lower 1:
    Front Squat
    Lying Leg Curls
    Bulgarian Split Squats
    Standing Calf Raises

    Lower 2:
    Rack Pulls
    SLDLs
    Barbell Hack Squats
    Seated Calf Raises

I do rack pulls right now because hip inflexibility screws my conventional deadlift form. I'll do rack pulls and improve glute activation while improving flexibility.

    1:

    Squat
    Romanian deadlift
    lunges
    45* back raise
    abs

    2:

    Deadlift
    Leg Press
    leg curl
    abs

I would probably throw shrugs into the second workout

What a coincidence - I just came back from my lower body split day which looked like this.

    3 sets, 6-10 reps

    Barbell Squats
    Calf Raises
    Seated Leg Press
    Hanging Knee Raises
    Seated Calf Raises
    Barbell Deadlifts

    2 sets, 12-20reps

    Dumbbell Lunges
    Seated Leg Curl
    Seated Leg Extensions
    Weighted Crunches

I may add the hip ad/abduction machine from time to time for 1 set, 12 reps
I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can't accept not trying.
I'm not out there sweating for three hours every day just to find out what it feels like to sweat.

I'm guilty of that sh*t too, waiting for somebody to powder my nuts cuz I did 20 reps of whatever the **** on the bench. Big f*king deal. It is all relative." G Diesel
