Do you deadlift on back day or leg day? (poll)

If you do a 5 day split and DL on back day, you would have to have back day on Monday/friday and legs on Wensday. Does anyone DL on leg day?

I do stiff-legged deadlifts on leg day, and regular deadlifts on back day. I don't know why anyone would do regular deadlifts on leg day.

Well squats work legs and lower back, same goes for DL I guess - might be afraid of overstrain or something?

Apparently. I am curious as to what his reasoning for a leg workout not being able to include Deadlifts is.

Why can't a leg workout be based around deadlifts?
Why can't an individual alternate between squats and deadlifts every workout?
Why can't an individual do heavy deadlifts, light squat, or vise versa.
Why can't an individual base their workout on both deadlifts and squats, and go a little bit lighter on volume with everything else?

Why can't a leg workout be based around deadlifts? it can
Why can't an individual alternate between squats and deadlifts every workout? they can, but why not do as much of both to be optimal

Why can't an individual base their workout on both deadlifts and squats, and go a little bit lighter on volume with everything else? they can

    Leg day.

I do some deadlifts to warmup for my squats. Then I go full salvo after squats. Its a real sweater and really pumps the blood to build muscle
