Well,girls... just look at some pictures of me...
My triceps is a shame... I train at home..mostly bodyweight routines....I do also futsal 4 x/week...
Just want to get some motivation here...Some of you are an inspiration

You got good shape! And your pretty toned. Bodyweight excersises can be great! I train 50% of my workout time on bodyweight. A little advice! Work on your pushups! Regular, close grip, wide grip and diomond! Those will help define your chest, tries, forarms, and a few stabilization muscles around your core. Good luck!!!

For the triceps...try doing some dips with your feet on a bench...superset that with the pushups, your triceps will be swelling in no time
