okay this may be a stupid question, but bear with me.
my calves really suck so i decided to start doing them at the beginning of my workout when i still feel fresh. so for the first time today i did calves raises before the rest of my workout.
the rest of my lifts felt afterwards felt a lot lighter and easier than i would have expected. for example, the last workout i got 145 x 6 on standing military press and this workout i got 150 x 7. my last workout i got 45 x 7 on chins and this time i got 50 x 8.
in the past my progress from workout to workout on these exercises has been a lot slower.
so is it possible that by doing calf raises first i primed my cns thus making the other lifts feel easier?

I'll bet you all a fiver that this guy's normal warmup is non-existent and he's just experienced the benefits of actually warming up by doing his comedy calf raises.
Quality science though on the CNS.Koyongi: I am going to accomplish this by following a haphazard training system, and forging elite fitness.

Same thing happens to me when I do c0ck pushups before I lift.
"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."
