how to dose my upcoming stack...need help...

I am about to begin taking t-bol as soon as it comes in...I am wondering when to take this as well as my other supps. (xtend, animal multi-vit, whey protein, jacked, soy protein if needed, casein protein). I work night shift but have a weird rotating schedule...I work 12 hour shifts....here is an example of my work schedule....
mon.-off
tues.-off
wed.-work
thur.-work
fri.-off
sat.-off
sun.-off

the following week is this:
mon.-work
tues.-work
wed.-off
thur.-off
fri.-work
sat.-work
sun.-work

these shifts rotate back and forth in this pattern...I only workout on the days that im off work...my split is on the week im off for 5 days I do a single muscle group each day im off but on the week that Im only off for 2 days I do a upper/lower split...I try to eat 5-6 meals per night usually 2 of these are just protein shakes and a piece of fruit...Of course it doesnt always happen because im in law enforcement and some days are busy and some arent...Need help with dosing these supps...also need to keep in mind that I sleep during the day as im not sure if the t-bol effects sleep or not...I have heard and read mixed reviews on it...Thanks in advance for any help...
