    Question How to eat when on Rippetoe's

    I've gotten tired with my work out routine so I've decided tomorrow I'm gonna start Rippetoes Strength Training. As recommended, I'm gonna do it over a 3 day split as opposed to my routine now which is 5 days in the gym then two off. Gonna take some getting used to. I'm currently starting a bulking phase so I was wondering: I know due to the nature of Rippetoes I'll need the rest days in-between but how should I eat on those days? At bulk caloric intake and macros to be sure of muscle gain despite no work out, or maintenance to make sure of little fat gains? Also will HIIT on my off days be beneficial?

    Just eat a bit less than you do on your workout days taking out some of them carbs.

    MEYERS! its kev. Anyways its important to remember that youre still bulking so whether or not youre using rippetoes its important to eat lots of healthy foods thatll keep you on your bulk like: fish, steak, spaghetti.. anything like that you can really get your hands on really. I'm also using Rippetoes
