my diet- I am currently carb cycling on a slow cut and have been for around 30 days , I do not count macros just use common sense and eat 6-7 properly portioned meals

my workouts are controlled movements no forced reps ,I just started alternating a high 10-15 rep week with a heavier 4-8 rep week (which I am on this week ) I'm trying to keep a consistant shock on my muscles

Testafolia? (Eurycoma Longifolia)
Eurycoma Longifolia is the scientific name of the Malaysian plant Tongkat Ali, also known as Longjack. Despite its outstanding male sexual performance enhancing properties, until now Eurycoma has never made it as a great ingredient in test boosters. That was due to mainly two factors: First, the amount of actives present in all of today's Longjack containing supplements are severely under dosed most of the cheap extracts used are not standardized for the actual actives but standardized for cytotoxic compounds like eurycomanones. Testveratrol? (Resveratrol)
Resveratrol (3,5,4'-trihydroxystilbene) is a phytoalexin mainly found in red wine. To date it has found many uses due to its many benefits to human health. One great property of this wonderful compound, which has never been put to use up until now is its ability to enhance male potency, sexual health, and strength (when administered in high enough amounts). Overall resveratrol was able to not only increase testosterone. The suggested mechanisms of action are its antiestrogenic effects, as resveratrol is an aromatase inhibitor and also has the capability to antagonistically bind to estrogen receptors. It also has strong antioxidant activities which can counter oxidant stress in the seminiferous tubules, thus protecting the testicle cells (29). Another beneficial action it has is anti-aromatase action both on enzyme and m-RNA levels (32).

Divanabol? (Urtica Dioica)
Urtica dioica, commonly known as stinging nettle, is a plant that grows aplenty in many Mediterranean countries like Greece and Turkey. It has a long history of use in traditional medicine, as well as being used for food. Examples of it's many beneficial properties are as an analgesic (33), antihyperglycemic (34), antioxidant (35) antiviral (36), Hepatoprotective (37), antihyperlipidemic (38), and an antithrombotic (39) agent. Of interest to bodybuilders is the capacity of certain Urtica Dioica lignans to bind with human sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) (40,41,42). This effect results in the release of testosterone from SHBG, which makes it much more available for interaction with cells in order for it to exert its beneficial effects.

Forskobolin? (Forskolin)
Forskolin is a labdane diterpene that is produced by the Indian Coleus plant (Plectranthus barbatus). Forskolin has a favorable effect on enhancing serum testosterone levels through it's potential influence on cAMP. Because LH exerts its effects on Leydig cells of the testicles (stimulating production of testosterone) through cAMP, an increase in testosterone levels using this compound is exhibited as well(43,44). In fact Forskolin is commonly used in studies to stimulate testosterone production from Leydig cells (45,46). Apart from this Forskolin exhibits a beneficial effect on reducing fat levels while increasing lean muscle mass.

BZATD? (Zinc Amino Acid Chelate)
Zinc was added to the matrix because it's a mineral that is necessary for the body to create testosterone. Many males intake a lower amount of Zinc than is optimal for testosterone production, therefore preventing their body's from performing at their natural optimal testosterone producing capabilities. This means that the rest of T-BOL's stellar ingredients wouldn't be able to give the maximum results in such zinc deficient men, and to counter this 10mg of Zinc in a most bioavailable form (Glycine chelate) was added.

Lectosorb? (Lethichin)

The "Hollow Pump" Syndrome
Every day thousands of body-building athletes around the world take pre-training formulas and other creatine-containing supplements in an effort to achieve better pumps during their lifting workouts. Since the achievement of a pump is thought to coincide with the biochemical conditions required to stimulate muscle hypertrophy, these products are expected to enhance the gains in muscle mass and performance normally expected from working out. At first glance, the aforementioned creatine-containing supplements appear to succeed: Following consumption they often do cause your muscles to "swell" to a greater extent as you proceed from one set to the next. Some products manage to produce this effect within as little as 30-60 minutes of the first serving. But all too often a closer examination reveals that something is amiss: Users frequently report experiencing little or no greater increase in muscle size or strength after days, weeks or even months of consuming them. It's as if any additional "pump" produced by these products is not a true pump at all, but rather a hollow imitation devoid of any real muscle-hypertrophying substance; in other words, the biochemical conditions referred to above.

The Cause
It's called the "Hollow Pump" syndrome, and many theories have been proposed to explain it. Perhaps the most popular among them is the idea that certain ingredients common to pre-training and other creatine-containing formulas, possibly including certain forms of creatine, cause water to be retained not only inside muscle cells (i.e. in the intracellular space, where it can promote anabolism), but also within the space between cells (i.e. the extracellular space). This presents a problem, since an excess of water and sodium retention in the extracellular space is associated with an anti-anabolic state, muscle atrophy and a loss of muscle definition and hardness -all of which is the very opposite of what the body-building athlete needs and wants.

The Solution

Creatine Nitrate: "Muscle & Flow"

The Leucine Challenge
The need for leucine poses some interesting challenges. The outstanding rates of muscle protein synthesis reported in studies in which humans were fed leucine can only be achieved with leucine supplements. Regular foods just won't cut it. The other problem is that leucine is relatively difficult to dissolve in water. In "chemistry speak" we say that leucine has low water-solubility. This is why it has often been left out of protein supplements entirely or added only in small, pharmacologically-insignificant amounts.

Leucine Nitrate: Vasodianabolic Amino Acid
Another challenge that last-generation protein supplements failed to address was the need for vasodilation. To get amino acids to your muscles, they need to be carried by the blood. Blood flow is dependent on open (dilated) blood vessels. Of course, amino acids (in addition to oxygen, glucose, testosterone and other growth factors) are carried to your muscles by the bloodstream. If blood vessels are dilated, such as by an increase in NO levels, blood flows more easily, resulting in faster transport of nutrients to your muscles. All of this bodes well for body-building athletes in search of maximum muscle mass and hardness. Scientists have established that leucine is the most potently anabolic amino acid of them all. This is thought to be due to its ability to stimulate the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) cellular signaling pathway. mTOR is involved in regulating protein synthesis in general and exercise-induced muscle hypertrophy (increase in muscle size or mass) in particular. Combined with nitrate's proven ability to indirectly release NO and stimulate vasodilation, this explains why Leucine Nitrate has been termed a vasodianabolic amino acid.

Diiodothyroacetic acid is a direct naturally occurring metabolite of T3, Triac, and T2, (1,2,3) which was never investigated or used as a fat loss aid before ThermoLife introduced Dicana.
