Is cardio bad for bulking up?

Cardio burns calories, plain and simple. So if you're bulking up, you have to make sure that you make up the calories you burn by eating more. It depends if you think the benifits outweigh the extra eating that you'll be doing.
    Tacos, fettucini, linguine, martini, bikini.

Doing a large amount of cardio can definitely have adverse affects on building muscle. If you plan on adding cardio, I'd personally suggest sprints and complexes.
