This is to everyone else saying "HEy looks like we got another record holder" One u dont know anything about powerlifting. Dont compare lil kids lifts to those who have done it on platform its just simply stupid cuss i know these kids wont achive it on the form! I just think that yall look at a few powerlifting records from god knows what federation and say "WOW i can break a bench record!" Ur kidding ur self once agin! Few other things to i got to say...Seen a post from a 14yr old kid doing 235 on bench press at like 150lbs. Kid posted " How do u do proper form on bench press". Iam just shaking my head at this one. and the kid that posed he could do 20 reps at 300lbs yes U DID KNEE BENDS! BASICLY U UNRACKED THE WEIGHT BENT UR KNEE"S A LIL NOW UR BRAGGING ABOUT A HUGE SQUAT! I have a question... What is this platform you always speak so highly of. And what makes it so much more difficult and different from normal ... so you get yourself the power lifting equipment required.

When i mean platform i mean Done in a meet "powerlifting competition" where u have to be judged on every single thing u do! if u wanna hang w/ the big boys lift in the USAPL and IPF both feds are the toughest in the WORLD! Try squatting 2-3inch below paralell and pausing 2-3sec on bench above chest. Then we will see what ur REAL lifts are like.

Go to Powerlifting.com for records.
The Goal I'm striving for is to beat the 260 I think is the bench record for 14-15 years old at 198... I would have to lose some weight though because I was 202 at the doctors office.
But take into account Major amounts of drinking stuff , protien shake , creatine , 2 glasses of water , and oatmeal. Plus add 10 from creatine. So I'd be around 190-198 range or possibly lower I will most likely have to gain weight.

Well u have so many feds now days it takes alot way from the sport of powrelifting...Some of the teen records are lower in the usapl and ipf cuss its the toughtest feds. So alot of the records are different.

Dyno. i dont know what fed u where looking at but the USAPL records for the 14-15yr old bench press is 308. 260 would get ya a record in the 132lbs divison.

How much would a top bench shirt add.

grr that fat *** TJ nelson he weighs 319 pounds at 14-15 and only benches 215 or 216 there's something wrong with that. I do more than that, I wish you could go for higher weight classes records just not lower weight classes.

ARRR mybad ment to say yes. A single ply shirt can up anywhere from 80-100lbs depending on ur bench style.

Only use titan

Holy Sh*t , I can only wonder if those kids were actually using Bench shirts and the etc. If not then I think they deserve humongous congrats.
But anyway Powerlifter thanks alot for taking the time and answering my questions.
I basically hardly use my back and I don't lift my ass off the seat, I do that J-lift technique and try to pull my shoulder blades together and make everything as tight as possible. In other words I just push it up there using muscles not much form.

If you wanna break records, do it in WPC, that is where the likes of Coan and clark lifted as teens, not the ipf.

I said as teens, and if they failed tests the would have been booted from the wpc after one. Let me see... how many did coan fail before the ipf did anything???? Three wasn't it.

Bump on that.
Reg park used to do that so I doubt a teen could.

good post...its obvious that a lot of them are bull****ting...im getting into powerlifting(not for competition just for myself) and i dont use suits or anything.
Deadlift- 300
Squat 225(below parallel)
Bench 185 (no pause)
icould say that i squatted 335 for 15 reps.....but i only did quarter squats , where it felt the weight was pushing my spine outta my ass.
see its really not that hard to be honest

sorry to say this but you are kidding yo/self if you think there wernt on the juice when they where teens, i know a lot of U18s who compete within the Uk who take gear, the youngest at 15yrs old....ED.caon squated 330kg at 19yrs old @82.5kg class...natual i dont think so....even look at the 18yr old who was at the olympic's...ok taking away from the subject of P/L but this is on the same basis...he was 18yrs old...snatched 185kg, and clean and jerked 222.5kg(but a few months b4 that he broke the junior clean and jerk record at 232.5kg(was he natural..dont think so.
OK u's are talking about Under 16's and i said that he donr this at 19...but he sure started young on the juice....as i have already mentioned about persons i know within the Uk who compete at high level have taken juice sinc they have started...there is a guy who was in the 75kg class for 5yrs as a junior and now he has just turned U23's..and he is competing at top level(worlds) dont know what organisation but the likes of him is the same as ed..coan...this person has won the british championships now for 5-6yrs running and has been drug tested and got away with it...it is simply to get away with is basical what i am saying if u know what u are taking and know the clearence times thats why he got away with it.
Ed caon, arnold.s(bodubuilding), all the greats that are at the top of there sport such as powerlifting, olympic weightlifting did not just get there by taking cell-tech, and prtieen drinks. and serious training from when they were 15yrs old.

yeah i really dont get why so many people lie on these boards..... if your lifts suck, who cares , your here to get stronger, not to make up lifts to try to feel bigger about yuorself...
personally, my squat sucks, its 35lbs lower then it was in august, but thats why i am here, i wanna get stronger

bench 200
squat - 300
deadlift - 350
those are my goals by my birthday(july 23rd), so i m gonna try to get those lifts before i turn 15
squat should be to about 250 within the next month or two, because im getting my strength back after my injury, so that will help.
im not using any suits, i think that its kinda stupid to use one unless you preparing for a huge contest, as it is almost cheating. dont get me wrong, if i go into a national contest im getting a suit and stuff.
