im no pro but in my experience when i was doing the whole keto thing my numbers werent as big but i was still able to do it. Now im just failry strict on my carbs eating them before and after working out and my lifting is WAY better (stength, form, and energy). I found it was worth taking in the carbs and weightloss has ben the same so take from that what u will. just my 2 cents
I am on Keto and am having no problems. I have actually increased all my lifts while on keto, but that is because I am working my ass off. Go in and not expect your lifts to decrease, everytime I lift I believe I should be stronger than the last time I did that excersize regardless of my diet. Doesn't always turn out that i lift more weight than I did the last time, and on bad days I do less. But overall I have gotten stronger. Who is to say if i lose another 10lbs I will lose some weight off my lifts, dunno?
