    PL For MASS?

    Is there a PL Routine that isn't similar to bodybuilding routines that mainly helps hypertrophy rather than for competing for PL?
    Excluding athletic ability...bcuz I was recommended WS4SB and looked into it quite a bit and most ppl said that if you are not training for sport or athletic ability but mainly for mass gains, WS4SB isn't recommended.

    5/3/1 has a good amount of volume and lets you customize assistance work. Eat a lot of good clean food and should work. As much as I don't like 5/3/1, there are some good things about it I guess.

    Excluding athletic ability...bcuz I was recommended WS4SB and looked into it quite a bit and most ppl said that if you are not training for sport or athletic ability but mainly for mass gains, WS4SB isn't recommended.
