I have been back in the gym for about 4 months now. I am a former powerlifter for 25 years. In the past four months, I have focused on getting as big as possible. I am 5'5" 178lbs. I change my routine about every other week. For chest yesterday, I finished my 5x5 on bench press @275lbs. After that I went to Db presses and did 3x10-12 @ 95lbs. I then finished up with pec deck 3x10-12. Also, did triceps afterwards. I won't hit chest and triceps until Thursday. I will then do a High Volume routine with lighter weight.
My goal is to get up to around 190lbs.
My supplements are whey protein and glutemine. I am not taking creatine yet. What creating and other supplements do you suggest? I am wanting to get to a lean 190lbs. Thank you very much for your responses.
