    Exclamation Does creatine just add water weight? Or does it add solid muscle?

    If I add a scoop of creatine to my preworkout (jack3d), what affects will it have?

    Creatine causes water retention but can lead to muscle gains. It is associated with better lifts, and more energy and can ultimately increase muscle. In no way should you expect that by taking creatine, you will build muscle out of thin air.
