    abdominals

I am currently going through Jacob Wilson's program. I have 2 days within an eight day window where I would like to maximize my ab and cardio workouts to drop body fat.

I am going through ab circuits with HIIT cardio. The ab circuit can vary from 3 - 6 exercises with 10 - 15 reps abou 4 - 6 sets. In between I'd do a minute of hiit cardio varying from, cross trainer, treadmill and skipping.

Is this effective for an ab workout? Can anybody suggest any exercise for the lower abs as I feel the top is okay, but I'm definitely lacking lower abs, which is what I want the most.

Best exercises for lower abs are:
    Hanging leg raises
    Lying leg tuck ins
    Butterfly kicks
Weighted leg lifts (medicine ball between feet)
I would research this topic more; asking about abs is the most common post. But that routine seems good, simply put if your diet is right and you're doing ab work a few times a week then your abs will come in. I would suggest not to neglect the rest of your muscle groups but that's up to u. Good luck
