    WHOLE STORY BELOW:

So to make the into very very short I got into bodybuilding less than a year ago, after spending about a year cutting myself down 80lbs from 297 to 220, I started my first contest prep on April 24th, 2009 to compete October 17th, 2009. Needless to say I did not come in anywhere lean enough and wish my coach would have flat out said your not ready but didnt, I ended up doing the show for the experience now I am hooked.

My coach had me on an extremely low cal, ZERO fat (except for the fat in my other sources) cut diet and towards the end damn near no carbs, and a **** ton of cardio for around 4 months! If you look at my pictures many people say I came in very deflated and being new to this whole world, dont know what to think! Since the show, my coach had given me no direction so I was completely lost, the week after the show I went on a vacation and needless to say pigged out like no other! I am up 60lbs since October 17th, and pretty pissed but more motivated to get back and go balls to the wall to be ready for another show in March/April 2011. I wanted to hire a trainer/coach but money is a huge issue right now so I am trying to do this on my own and find way to much info, and different methods and find it pretty confusing! I have since found something that seems to be working and I have been sticking it to!

All of my pictures of my total transformation, can be found on my Bodyspace, except the newest pictures which I will post shortly.

I will post my workouts and what my diet has looked like (to be perfectly honest its been nowhere near clean have been cleaning it up over the last couple of weeks, but I keep losing focus, getting rather depressed about the extra chunk of flab I have put back on!)

I will be posting my workouts and macros shortly and would appreciate any help or advice anyone can give!

    Let the journey begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Here is macros and workouts:

    Macros:
Been trying to sort things out and just did the math:
    TOTAL CALS: 3198
    PROTEIN: 50g per meal x 6 meals a day = 1200cals 38%
    CARBS: 45g per meal x 6 meals a day = 1080cals 33%
    FAT: 17g per meal x 6 meals a day = 918cals 29%
I have still been gaining way to fast so trying to find a point were it is a slow gain, really feel like my metabolism is so messed up from what I was at before

Cardio has been very hit or miss, after all the cardio I did for prep I really cant stand the thought of doing it even if I change things up its very tough to keep me occupied for any real length of time for the 2 months leading up to the show I was doing triple sessions, and for the 2 months before that doing at least 2 hours a day.

Will start posting workouts tomorrow since its the first workout after this post!

Congratulations on the transformation! That is an incredible amount of weight you lost. It seems your coach had little idea of how a contest prep should be structured but it is good to see you have a plan now though. I'm sure you know a lot of the guys on here can offer an abundance of useful information! Good Luck!

Did shoulders today, not the greatest of workouts, since I was helping a friend of mine get back in the gym: But none the less here it is (my numbers arent the greatest but I am just getting back after a decent amount of time off and have been trying to find the right weight etc)

    Front Dumbbell Raise
    30s x10, 35s x8, 35s x6, 40s x4

    Superset w/ Dumbbell Side Laterals
    15s x 10, 17.5s x 8, 17.5 x 6, 20s x 4

    Bentover Lateral Raises
    25s x 6 x 4 sets

superset w/ Barbell Shrugs (numbers should have been higher, but was working w/ my buddy who wasnt lifting much and we were kind of rushed)
    90 x 8, 140 x 8, 180 x 6, 100 x 15 (just did what he had on bar so we could finish up)

    Upright Barbell Rows
    80 x 12, 80 x 12, 80 x 12, 80 x 12

    Rear Delts (cables)
    40 x 15, 40 x 15, 40 x 15

    Side Cable Laterals
    15 x 15, 15 x 15, 15 x 15

Cardio was 30min of moderate intensity

Tried to do something to hit every part of the shoulder twice, just trying to learn my body and what is going to work for me trying all kinds of different methods

Just wanted to vent about this, my coach for my last prep had me START off at 30g protein and 30g of carbs for meals 1 - 5 and 30g protein and green veg for meal 6, not knowing enough about bodybuilding or weight loss/the ways of the body etc. I just followed this because I wanted to do this show more than anything. Knowing what I know now and doing the math I am trying to figure out how my body even functioned through my whole prep.

Now my problem is that he is out there posting that its a healthy way to lose weight and I absolutely cant believe he is out there giving people this advice when he is going to just end up messing up people in horrible ways. And to think he is a "certified trainer"

My question if someone can help out is even after 4 months since the show my metabolism is nowhere near what it should be!!!!!! Should I continue to drop them until I am not gaining as fast? Should I let it "catch up"? My fear is dropping them low to a point where I start to drop and then really messing my body up! Can anyone HELP?

There is a good example of what he had me doing on this page http://wbffshows.com/frank-budelewsk...ank-b-issue-2/ which is the same crap he had me doing for prep

    hahahaha you little bitch

First of all? I have no clue why the word coach is being used! Ronny who clearly is a unappreciative little bitch wrote a blog on a wnymuscleandfitness begging people for advice. Since weeks went by without anyone writing a single word, I wrote every step that he would have to take to lose weight taking into consideration where he was, where he came from, and where and why he plateued. That obviously wasn't good enough for Ronny the dreamer who decided he wanted to compete. SO... out of the kindness of my heart I helped NOT JUST HIM, but also his girlfriend who BOTH were coming from being severely obese to get onstage. Both severely obese when starting. I did not ask for one penny from either of them. Meanwhile I have trained countless professional and national competitors, and actually have to refuse people due to time constraints. I not only helped them week to week overcome plateus, I also made myself available to them both for moral support via text, email and phone. Lets add also giving them tan to use... again for free, and being there for them all day backstage. Anybody who says Ronny was flat is trying to make him feel better. If you look at his pictures you will see he had very little muscle to begin with since he had JUST started training months before. LOOK at his transformation! And he DARES to blame someone who helped him for FREE because he isn't what he had in his dreams he wanted to be? And some little novice NOTHING like YOU DARES to say that someone like myself who you are not even close to the same level as didn't know what I was doing? I train figure girls who have much more muscle than you! It is rediculous that you would even post your pictures let alone make such a stupid comment not having a clue what you are talking about nor the circumstances of WHY that specific diet was needed for Ronny who obviously has a psychological dependency on food, but now wants to blame his weight gain on someone who helped him. I do not have the time to hold every persons hand who wants help. I helped him to make a huge change because at one time I also lost over 100lbs. Only I paid for a trainer who helped me and I learned from him for over 10 years in addition to 3 personal training certifications. I helped Ron get from point A to point B. I then had to focus on my ACTUAL clients. You shouldn't need a coach to tell you not to stuff your face with pizza! And YOU DEFINATELY should NOT be posting ignorant comments in an area where you are just a baby! It's like a school nurse performing brain surgery!

    How dare you!

First? Let me start by saying I really hope I do not run into you after reading this! Second? HOW DARE YOU insinuate ANY of what you have written! You lost 80 pounds in 6 months, yet you DARE cry because you feel you weren't good enough? Funny me... I thought it was a PERSONAL journey to be as good as YOU could possibly be in the time allowed! Which you were! As good as YOU could be! Hardly ever even picking up a weight before, you wanted to compete against people who had been training for years. The show promoter SO impressed with you that he wanted to do a story on you, and this is the thanks I get?! I had never met you! I read a pathetic request for help that you had written (much like this one). Nobody was replying to you for weeks, SO I took the time to write everything that you would need to do to lose weight. Was that good enough for you? No! You needed more! So what happened? I said I would help you FOR FREE, since you cried poor like you are here also. Yet you had the money to take the trip AFTER the show. And what else happened? You had the BALLS to not ask for my FREE help for yourself, BUT ALSO your girlfriend who also had to lose a rediculous amount of weight in a short period of time! SO now I was helping TWO people for free, taking time away from my other clients since I also have a full time job. I not only help you both week to week, BUT also make myself available to the countless questions you both had via text, e-mail, and phone. What was the most frequent question? Could you have a F'n cheat day, and could you drink alcohol for this occasion or another. Example your birthday party. Is that someone who is taking things seriously??? And even the night before the show, what happened? You ran out of tan since you were too cheap to do THAT, and what did I do? HAd you come to my house and I gave you protan for free. And lets not forget when your girl ordered the wrong suit, who was the one who called EVERYWHERE to help her get a suit last minuite?! AND was there for BOTH of you backstage the entire day and night! People amazed at the change you both had made. After the show I told you both to slowly go in reverse up to the start diet and maybe cheat once a week and that should help you hold condition. You both started writing saying you wanted to compete again and asking what to do, and I was honest! Telling you both that I had other clients I now had to focus on, in addition to myself who is getting ready for my pro debut, YET I gave your girlfriend the names and numbers of SEVERAL qualified trainers in the area such as Alicia Kowalski, Justin Draper, and others I had worked with in the past. Your girlfriend contacted some, yet both of you decided you didn't want to PAY for a trainer to assist you. Take out, alcohol, going out, and trips were more important. SO then you wind up putting weight on and DARE try to blame ANYONE???!!! Let this be a warning to anyone and everyone out there who even thinks to help! This is the appreciation that you will get! And be sure to look at Ronnys before and after pictures and then read what he dared to write! Losing that much weight and still looking how he did, he dares to complain saying he didn't look as good as HE wanted to! Or his "friends" say he was flat! I'd LOVE to see these "friends". Ron you are an unappreciative little child and this CLEARLY is not the sport for you after reading what you have written. You should be ashamed of yourself. Go play golf.

    @ Ronny

Seriously? Your post makes you look weak, crying poor me... OMG! I am embarassed for you. For the record. Frank is an amazing man, trainer, coach. He trained me for my first show last year from 3000 miles away and I got 1st place! Plan an simple... do what he says to the letter. It's that easy. He knows what he is doing. He lives this lifestyle everyday. So do I. You don't have to be a competitor to eat clean (aka; as eating healthy!). I feel like your insulting a decent man was extremely uncalled for you because needed to place blame for weight gain. Here's the bottom line. You didn't do your research! ALL competitors pro an non, rebound after their show. With that being said, you can either rebound and get back in the gym or don't go to the gym and you rebound and keep gaining. Going forward- PLEASE (this is bodybuilding.com) RESEARCH! There is so much FREE information on here. Don't take the easy way out. Learn about the sport you want to compete in. Research EVERY detail, from top to bottom and DO NOT blame others; take accountability for yourself! Good luck to you in the future. You catch more bees with honey than vinegar. Be kind to others, not selfish and unapprecitive.
The only way you will not succeed is if you don't try...

    Hey Op:

Let me get this straight. You lost 80#, made it onto a bodybuilding stage, maybe you didn't win but you didn't look like a fool either; and, now your blaming the guy who helped make that happen because you didn't do better??????

I was in a very similar boat my first time out. I lost almost 100# over a year time frame and competed. I placed 8 out of 10 in my class. I felt flat and depleted from dieting - a diet my coach had me on. Do I blame him for the diet he gave me? No. It was the correct diet for me to reach that goal. My color sucked. Do I blame him for the instructions he gave me? NO because I didn't follow those instructions correctly.

My coach for that one, Sean "Sully" Sullivan, I will blame for one major thing: I blame him for guiding me from being obese to being in fantastic shape and feeling better about myself than I had in about 20 years. I blame him for placing 8th when I didn't think I would place at all. And I blame him for answering the most stupid questions that I could possibly come up with, and doing so with the patience of a Saint.

You're overweight again because of something you're doing, or not doing. Get back to work and it will all come back into focus. Besides, you're not alone. I gained a **** load of weight after the first one too. Lots of lean mass though. I'm a little fat but I'm happy with the progress I've made. I know I will look 100x better the next time out. I just have to work at the fat loss and I'm doing that.

    Focus on the right stuff.

    NO dumbass!!!

As a healthy way to lose weight? No genius, it isn't healthy to be 45% bodyfat and then want to do a bodybuilding competition in 6months! A HEALTHY way to lose weight is to slowly reduce calories. Simple... calories IN vs calories OUT! Expend more than you intake, and guess what??? You lose weight. However, when you want to do the near impossible, then things need to be taken to a more extreme level. I have done the same diet I had you follow, and so have MANY others! HUNDREDS! You put it down, YET didn't it F'n work for you??? You were as good as YOUR body would allow you to be! LOOK at your OWN transformation pics! You can VISUALLY see the fat you were losing. Never losing more than 3 lbs in a week. Anybody who knows anything will tell you that was perfect. Did you lose muscle? NO! Look at the pics! You didn't even have much muscle to start! You had JUST started training a few months before! I love how you write after what you know now. What you know NOW??? What the hell do you know now? YOU let yourself get FAT again! I read your diet and can see why you are getting fat! Also, D is right! Everybody rebounds after a show. Especially after cutting water. However this is temporary, AND I explained that to you backstage. I told you to slowly go in reverse. What did you do? Went on a trip (although you are so broke) and pigged out and drank. Oh... good idea! And then what? Went months eating garbage. You needed someone to whisper in your ear and say put the F'n calzone down? Working at F'n cracker Barrel eating f'n fried everything? Yeah... but it was your "coaches" fault for you gaining weight! Because... lets see... you imagine you have this damaged metabolism! Hmmm... maybe the WALRUS pictures of you before should show you that MAYBE you had some issues before. I TOLD you how to lose weight in the beginning after you had plateued yourself! After weeks of people just laughing at you and not replying. Took my time to write in all! You and your girlfriend took advantage of my kindness by asking me to train you BOTH for free and do what most others would have said was impossible, and that just isn't good enough for you! Pathetic and it's people like YOU who ruin the sport. Selfish people who want a magic potion or answer to looking the way they want after months of training! And THEN pass a blame because after losing 80lbs you didn't quite look like Arnold. Maybe you should strive to look more like Arnold... Palmer!

Thank you for writing! Sully is a long time good friend of mine and did a great job with you! After reading what you wrote, you made me realize that there still are appreciative people out there! You have the perfect mindset and look at all you have accomplished! You look fantastic and understand the way the body works. That you BEAT your genetics! You looked at yourself and said... THIS HAS TO CHANGE, and you DID IT! And not just for one day! You decided to make a life change and you work at it EVERY day! It is people like you who I take pride in helping and people like you who make me PROUD to be a part of the sport that I love so much! Not someone born with abs, and decided to jump up on stage! Someone who had to WORK and SUFFER, but did so by choice and for a reason! You should be proud of yourself!

THanks for the kind words Frank. You guys that take time to help out whether for money or pro-bono are worth your weight in gold.

One thing Sully was very clear on was this: no matter what he told me to do, it would probably be tweaked as I progress. No diet that anyone gives you is going to be perfect for you. Only that diet/training that evolves through years of experience with our own bodies really works.

My posing coach, you may know her too, Kim Anderson Borgatti, told me the same exact thing. It takes years, not months, to learn how your body responds to different diets and training. That is what separates Pro's from gym rats.

Beleive me, nothing Sully told me to do was perfect for me but his plans were, in fact, perfect for what I was trying to do at the time. Many people question his low carb diets and training approach but he has probably competed in more contests, trained more people to pro cards, and sponsored more shows than many of his critics combined. The point: he's got to be doing something right!

Thanks again and don't let one naysayer get you down!

    -Steve

I see nothing wrong with the plan you were given, maybe less carbs and increased fats, but only you will know this by experimenting with your body.

You had to do the cardio to be ready in time!

    Thanks!

Hey thanks guys! You know it realy is frustrating and irritating when you feel bad for someone who seemed to need more than the 2 hours worth of instructions you wrote for him, SO you just agree to help... key word HELP both him and his girlfriend achieve what most would say was impossible, and this is the thanks you get. Almost a YEAR later reading him disrespect and second guess me when I did the best I could with what I had. I have a full time job, other clients, and two year old twins. What time I had was given to the two of them. Maybe Ron is upset because I didn't have the time to breakdown and explain every step I took, BUT it wasn't class time and I frankly didn't have the time or patience to have to explain and justify my every single move! He asked me for ONE thing! Make him as good as he could possibly be. After training for a few months and losing a total of what? 130lbs? I'd say that was as good as he was going to get. Nothing is more frustrating than someone who asks you for help, then second guesses every move you make. And even worse? Blames you for their own dowfalls. That KID should have been SO thankful, yet instead cries because he didn't look how he wanted, cries because he gained weight after, cries about having this slow metabolism, etc etc. I am just still in shock that someone could be SO unappreciative, and SO disrespectful. And to think that this kid knows nothing about the sport! Knows nothing about the difference between a balanced healthy diet and geting ready for a competition, knows nothing about the body, yet dares to question me. Someone who learned from one of the best in the world for 10 years, gained 3 personal training certifications, helped hundreds of clients and members at a gym I opened, received commendation from Roswell Cancer Institute for helping many of the post operative and Chemo patients, AND earned a pro card myself in the WBFF. It realy just turns my stomach because I have never had anyone but thankful and overjoyed for what I helped them to accomplish. Again... look at his before and after pictures. His attitude is just pathetic and I really pity that mindset he has. I'm done with this.

    Cry Baby

Ok Ronnie, I see you know NOTHING about bodybuilding, or getting ready to compete. Second you did achive what some people never do, you should be greatful to Frank, that has his own training and family to take care of, But instead you want to cry and whine about how you didnt come in, in the shape you thought you needed to.. well Let me break it down for you elementary style since you are a KID and dont know SH*t!! people get their feelings hurt when they realize how much muscle they really have UNDER FAT, its plain you said yourself you havent been doing this not even a year? hahaha sweetheart it take people YEARS of hard work to gain muscle and to train their ass off to get where you are DREAMING to be. so before you go and try to put the blame on someone that has WALKED the mile and done the work, YOU DONT HAVE A FUKING CLUE!!! You need to wipe your fuking tears and go grab a bag of chips and dip cause a guy like you will NEVER MAKE IT in the bodybuilding world. you should be thankful for what you got for FREE!! a guy of Franks knowledge doesnt come CHEAP and if CHEAP is what you are after?? stay the fuk out of bodybuilding NOTHING in BODYBUILDING IS CHEAP!! Frank has helped many people and I have seen what he is capable of .. I seen him take an average male and female and make them into a top competitor, he took my husband that hasnt competed in 10 years nor strip the fat from his body in ten years and had him ready to hit the stage and he took first in his class and missed taking all over BY ONE POINT.. not due to his PHYSIQUE but to his POSING. Frank had him looking awesome!

so Ronny, before you go blaming anyone why dont you take a LONGGGGGGGGGG look in the mirror at yourself. you really should be ashame!

Ok so first off Frank this wasnt ment to be anything negative about your training methods, and weither you believe it or not I appreciated everything you did for both of us. And I truly apologize if you think this whole thing was a diss on you because it was never ment to be. The fact that both of us ended up w/ the same health problem with our gall bladders really pissed me off, and I was trying to figure out a way of getting help, reaching out to people and typed what you had me on so people would know where I was coming from. I posted this in Jan and honestly had forgotten about it and after I calmed down I would have never kept it up, but havent been on here and never even looked.

I know I am the one that messed up afterwards, I am not blaming anyone else I put the food to my mouth and I know this. I did not understand the effects of all of this.

Your all right I had no idea what the world of bodybuilding was like and that is why I did reach out to Frank I did see what he could do, and followed everything he asked of me.

Frank I did ask questions because I didnt understand, and wanted to understand things better. I didnt know that was part of the deal that I just accept everything you said, without understanding why I was doing but yet I did every thing you told me to do. Your right I didnt understand why you had us on zero added fat diets because It was never explained to me, I didnt understand why I started my diet w/ you at around 1500 cals and ended around 1100. But getting the answer of dont worry bro my methods work frustrates someone when it doesnt make sense to them, but again your all right I knew nothing about this world. I put 6 months of trust into someone w/ controlling everything I put into my mouth and wanted to understand that is all.

Ya my gf did ask for a cheat day in June for my bday and had you said no its not a good idea I wouldnt have.

The only reason I pursued doing a show so soon was because of a response to your email back to me after I sent you my picture in case you dont remember it was this:

    Ron,

I am not going to bull**** you! I have never blown smoke, and I'm not gonna start now. Gods truth? I'm pretty shocked right now. You are MUCH better than I thought you were. You have great width, and bro, we are gonna be able to make your waist friggin TINY!!! Your back is gonna look MONSTEROUs on the stage. Especially when e have you shredded! Bro... you don't even KNOW how good you are gonna look. Even the shape of your chest is descent! Now... of course we have ALOT of work to do, and we need to build your arms and shoulders, and the leaner you get the more they will seperate from eachother. Dickbags on WNYmuscleandfitness? You know... the ones who wouldn't take some time out of their day to help someone? EVEN THOUGH 70 *******S READ the pots, and couldn't respond? Well I'm glad they didn't cuz You are going to beat every last one of those little fruits! Welcome to the team! I am HAPPY to have you! Start where I told you to start. I will design a program for you asap. I need weekly pics... exactly the same, and your weight weekly also your current diet (so what you chose to eat going by my grams for protein and carbs). Get ready kid cuz you are going to SHOCK some people! Sweet back tat by the way!

My first post on WNYMUSCLEFITNESS which you responded to my original plan was for March/April of this yr not Oct.

I wasnt expecting to win my class or anything or even place tremendously well all I was saying is I wish you would have just said bro your not ready your not lean enough and dont have enough muscle, everyone I talked to kept telling me dont worry about it natural guys arent always big huge mass monsters so I listened. I dont blame you for not having me where I needed to be

I know I messed up afterwards and I was never trying to put blame on you, there was no need to go out and slander either of us, and if you think that is what I was trying to do you it wasnt. I apologize things got to this but I never ment any harm by any of it, I really was trying to reach out for help.

    It just never stops!

Hmmm... so you posted an e-mail that I wrote you to motivate you WHY??? Since we are walking down memory lane, there is something that you forgot! Your ORIGINAL plan was to wait a year from the show, and do THAT NEXT one! Or did you forget that?! But what happened? You were getting sick of dieting for SO long, and changed things to competing in 6months. I am guessing you forgot about that. The original plan was to get all of the fat off, then build you back, hold good condition and give your body time to adapt. You asked me if it was possible to step onstage THAT year. And I said yes. Which you did. Again you are repeating yourself! Saying you didn't have this or didn't have that! Look at your damn pictures! Who the HELL CARES where you placed! People who knew where you came from were SHOCKED at how you looked! I was PROUD of you that day! What did I tell you? Backstage I said I wished I had had a t-shirt made with your before picture on it! I guess you forgot that also! Why were your calories low? Because you hit a major plateu! What did you lose? Over 130lbs?! I MYSELF had to go through the same thing after losing 150! I was 202 at 6'4". And I STILL wasn't lean enough. But I was proud of myself and made myself better. Your calories had to be low because your LBM was probably somewhere only around 150lbs. You also had a food addiction, so doing a couple weeks with 10 eggs per meal with vegetables allowed for more VOLUME than another choice. Eggs are also a superior protein choice, and the reason for the fluctuation of calories, carbs, etc was to break your plateus which we DID do. Never having you lose more than 3lbs a week however. And, there wasn't a thing in that e-mail I didn't mean. I had only seen your before pics. I was shocked when you sent the pics, and again shooting for the next year at 5'9" you could have made every word true. The difference between you and any other person on that stage was they started at a leaner bodyweight and didn't have to diet as far. Even though you had been training a short period of time, nobody had much more muscle than you. And had you been able to be leaner you would have LOOKED bigger. BUT that was NEVER the focus for this show. This was your EXPERIENCE show. You even said that YOURSELF! You worked in a kitchen. When people ordered food, did they come back into the kitchen and ask exactly how you were preparing it? What kind of flour? What make sauce, what kind of pan you use, what you coat it with, what brand dressing, etc etc. No. They know what they want, order it, and trust it will come out. You asked me for my help. Second guessing me is an insult! You were going online reading what people with superior muscle, genetics, etc were doing and then questioning my methods. THAT is NOT learning. The reason people get a trainer or a coach is to get them from A to B. Period. That is what I did. Got you from A to B the best that your body would allow. When it was clear you needed more attention, I was honest and said I didn't have the time but gave the names of several trainers who could have taken over where I left off and had you drastically improve for the next show, yet you chose NOT to go through them although your girlfriend DID contact them. And the part about finances and not being able to afford? Priorities! I'm guessing you have a cell phone. I know you took a trip. I know you guys used to go out, etc. My point is if it was THAT important to you, then you could have gone on. If you wanted to LEARN, then you research or study through a trainer course etc. Although that IS different than preparing for a competition, information is out there. But you can't point your finger and say why didn't you teach me! I felt bad for you when you were asking for help and nobody would help you, so I wrote EVERYTHING you could do to lose weight. Then you asked me to help you do a show the next year. Then it moved to THAT year. And slander? I am writing what happened! Period! YOU have made YOURSELF out to be the fool by having someone help them when NOBODY else would, and then DARING to put them down in several different posts! Saying you cannot believe I am a trainer? Hundreds of people would LAUGH at you for saying that! Once again, look at your before and after pics! It was the best your body could do in the amount of time. And as for your gall bladders? lol I suggest you do some research on the gall bladder and it's function. 6months on a diet low in fat had ZERO to do with your gall bladder! A lifetime of being morbidly obese did! And I'm sure eating the way you did after didn't help! People on here are right! You do not have the right mindset for this sport. You have shown to be selfish, disrespectful and unappreciative. My suggestion? Go to weight watchers or some other fine food addiction clinic that can help you lose weight and keep you regimented, just get healthy and live your life. Still work out and enjoy doing so. But I just don't think this is the sport for you. You said you wished I was honest. Thats me being honest. It isn't because of your physical limitations, but rather your mental and emotional limitations. Leave me out of your posts. It was a mistake for me to ever offer my assistance to someone like you. A lesson I definately learned!

dude give it the fuk up. Ronny should have done most of his own research on this stuff before blindly following advice (good or bad). So it's over. It doesn't reflect negatively on you unless you keep posting these long ass posts about how Ronny is a pos basically and has an eating problem. And quit recruiting random women to come in and blast him too.

    hey Dan the Woman

Uh... first LITTLE GUY, I didn't recruit anybody to do anything. Darese is someone I trained, and I also trained Candys husband, and they took it upon themselves to write. Second? It really isn't any of your business, and I'm kinda suprised that you would really want to bring attention on yourself and your pictures by opening your mouth! I'm just wondering who exactly you think that you are. You are yet another wanna be who is posting on something you know absolutely nothing about. Talk about a POSER! So go back to looking at the pictures of guys you wish you could be online or touching yourself to them or whatever it is that you do on here and mind your business. You have no part of this and really have no business speaking whatsoever as far as bodybuilding goes. What exactly are you "THE MAN" at? You another golfer? People are blasting him because what he did was childish, disrespectful, and unappreciative. Go back to doing your tae-bo or P90X or whatever it is that you do to keep that girlish figure of yours and mind your business. What a puny punk like you thinks is irrelevant. Mind your business.
