    I have not bench press in a year i count my. Incline as my bench max and i max out at 320

    I lol'd at this thread because whenever someone asks me how much I bench I say it's useless also.... So I hear where he's coming from lol.

    Yes, by the way Bench Press is usually performed as an ego exercise to brag about online...wow that's pathetic.

    Properly done for "power" bench is great ONLY if that's what your training for, but if you want a bigger more defined chest then Dumbbells are for you!
