power movements beginning of workout or end of workout?
the program i'm starting is 3 on 1 off, first day legs and shoulders, would clean and presses/push presses etc. be better done at the beginning or end of the workout? my legs will probably be pretty taxed at the end so i'm thinking the beginning if i wanna move some good weight around.

From what I've learned in school and read form articles, performing power movements first will make you perform better on your lifts for strength.
