    I want abs so bad...

    i need abs so bad i eat food like pasta and **** and am pretty healthy with eating except for the side diet of a candy bar and a bunch of junk food i just eat when im bored what do i do? i need a healthy diet and good workout routine.

    ...and pasta is sh!t for losing weight (in general)

    To be blunt, you need to shovel less food into your pie hole. That's the secret to six packs. Crunches and situps will not create the abs, you need to lose weight. You can eat a candy bar occasionally, and some pasta occasionally and chips, fries occasionally. The main thing is do some cardio (bike, run, step climb) for 30 minutes hard (not like most of the p*ssies at the gym) 3 to 5 days/ week along with less daily calories. You don't need to starve, just eat less.

    when your bored oh thats easy. run face first as fast as you can in the wall. i 100% guarantee you wont be bored.

    seriously dude, if you just eat when your bored at least eat something good like almonds or hard boiled eggs or even some beef jerky! at least those are giving your body the nutrients that it wants and needs. hell even peanut butter.
