    315X6 on deadlift...decent?

ok so i'm not a powerlifter.never have been. i had knee surgery a little over a year ago, so i didn't do any heavy squats or deadlifts for a while. i just started to those again since i got fat post surgery and my legs shrunk.

so in the last couple of months my lifts have gotten heavier.

i can do 315x6 or 275x10 on deadlift, 275x10 on squat with no straps or belt...and 225x8-9 on bench.

the squats and deadlifts are personal bests as i never went heavy on either in the past.

i feel i can keep increasing, but should i be proud so far on these pb?
    i am 5'10 180lbs currently

Don't ask us if you should feel proud. You should feel proud no matter what, as long as you like what you see and what you are doing. That is why you workout, essentially for you, not for the other gym goers.

It would be if it were my score. I watched some young, fat, wide kid deadlift 475 the other day. I don't get it. He doesn't even look like he works out. Anyway I've only done dl's for about 3 months so I think I'll match your score in a few months. In other words, those scores are great for starting back up after a long break.

Just don't get too proud. Once you start getting "proud" you'll start settling and limiting yourself. Stay humble, always. He who exalts himself will be humbled, he who humbles himself will be exalted.

But to be proud as in suprised with yourself, sure. Just be careful, the mind is a tricky thing. Congrats though, that's impressive after a long absence.

For your weight.... not impressive, but not bad. Just keep in mind the heavier you are, the more weight you need to throw around for it to be considered "good".
