for sure, I would convince my younger self to get in the gym. My father was never around much, much less teach me sports, or lift weights, or any of that stuff young boys/men need. I believe it would have eliminated a lot of my problems, like always TRYING to get laid, but never actually getting it, losing fights, and all around self esteem issues thru high school and early 20's.

As we all know, lifting weights changes your character in ways a young man would never even realize.

1. Take time to think and decide what you really want out of your life (family, career, money, etc...)

2. Coalesce these desires into concrete goals (I earn $500k per year by age 40)

3. Develop a plan to achieve the goals

4. Work on them every day

5. Once you achieve a certain goal, set a new one.

99% of the people out there don't do this...they're called employees.

in what way did they mess you up? I just started taking some this week. (Lipo 6)

There was a 5' 5'', 105lb, blonde haired, blue eyed girl I would go back and tell my teenaged self to stay away from because she will cause nothing but trouble.

I'm sure my teenaged self would tell my 47 year old self to go screw off, because she was hot.

Meh...it would be worth a try, anyway.

After I got out and wanted to further my education I had to pay up. (never bothered to sighn up for the new "G.I. bill".

Had I waited until after I got my degree I would have an opportunity to be an officer.

Don't get me wrong I loved my time in. I just should have used better judgment in timing.
