    Does creatine make you fat or gain weight in any negative way?

    I hear it makes parts of your body get fat or it makes you gain weight. have any of you ever experienced this?

    It can cause you to bloat or retain 3-5lb of water. But it goes away when you stop taking it. If anything you should be able to burn fat easier while on it.
