Not really sure on calories, don't like to count, anywhere ball park from 1500-1800 and with little to no carbs, good fats, and a lot of protein
Morning meal/ post workout

avocado
shrimp
seasoning
protein
dextrose
fiber
potassium
flax seed.
Ketosis.

thanks a lot dude, comments like these really keep me motivated... Muscle wise actually no. I've been lifting so hard and I am seeing some serious gains. I had a build before, but a lot of fat. My bench has actually been around the same if not better and over all I feel 10x stronger eating like this...
A few more days of this and I'll start to post some pics

I was looking at some blue cheese for the fats and no carbs but STILL cannot fatham all of that damn fat ugh what the hell!
I don't mind it in the turkey I got 85/15 ok with 5 g Sat Fats and 10g regular that fine right??

Yeah, you're fine. Trans fat is the stuff you want to avoid. Sat fat is fine. You diet looks good though so i wouldn't worry too much.

I've become such a gym rat that even if I'm not lifting, I need to get in atleast an hour so cardio will have to do!!!

Found some cool Keto recipes and tried out the fudge one and the icecream one...
Looking back on the fudge one, I just can't get over all the fat in a stick of butter I mean 88g F and 56g Sat Fats... I know it's what this diet calls for... but just seems like a lot, with 0 carbs however... maybe it's ok?
Icecream was a lot simpler, so not worried about that...
I didn't over do it tonight, but I had a few extra spoon fulls of peanut butter of course bc it's my absolute favorite... and had 2 pieces of real chocolate
I think I'm going to count tonight as my cheat night and skip my carb-up tomorrow, I'd rather it this way because I narrowed down my cheat to a maximum of 3 hr window, instead of all day, which is HUGE for me...
Also I'll see how I feel tomorrow, after the "Keto Fudge", feel like ****? never again if not we'll see when tomorrow comes...
didn't get to run tonight slept all evening, but tomorrow I will lift extra heavy for my little "cheat"... I mean haven't cheated since starting so no worries (hope)
One last thing... I don't feel "guilty" I used to feel so bad for having a piece of chocolate, but I just had 2 pieces and was done so that's another strong point for me...

Ok... woke up this morning felt a little "too full" for my liking (the peanut butter did it, always does, should've just had what the recipe called for and not the extra, but I learned)
but still looked good and felt good
hit the gym real hard early on because I have work all day and felt so good. Had such a rush of energy and was so into the lift. Started off with a 10 min run to warm up... felt good
After I still wasn't very hungry from last night...
had my shake
dextrose
flaxseed
potassium
and fiber
today was my "carb up" day but after feeling so full from last night I'm going to skip it and try something different and take myself out of ketosis for the day by just eating high proteins/ no carbs/ no fats and see what happens
I forgot to mention this morning was I HARDCORE in ketosis I had a taste like I was chewing on batteries... no joke... I even had to ask my gf multiple times if I was bleeding from my lip or something it was that strong...
But I mean I guess that's what happens, I ate a lot of the fats last night so it was working...
Going to the gym before work was def. a power move because my 12-9 shift will go by faster now...

So just got some fantastic news...
Got a call back from a police department and I'm heading up March 4th for a physical... man am I excited
Physical includes
Push-ups- 29 in a minute
Sit-ups- 38 in a minute
and a mile 1/2 run under 12 1/2 minutes
I've never been so damn excited and can't wait to do it!!!
Going to focus my training mainly around this... even though I know it should be a walk-in the park I want to make sure I ace this test
Can't wait!!!!

and finished up my fudge from last night... stuff is too addicting probably not going to be making that again for a while...
finishing off the night with some diet cola and green tea.

That's awesome! Yeah, focus on all those exercises and of course all the ones your doing now but make sure you're beyond solid on those select ones. Good luck with that. Make sure to let us know how it goes!

I want to try less butter/ and less cream cheese next time... also get the unsalted butter if you do try it... would taste better... but it was FANTASTIC I loved it almost couldn't stop eating it... so going to hold off on making another tray haha

and I tried something new and put in some heavy cream for some extra fats... tasted good! highly recommend!
had egg whites with a 1/4 of mozzarella cheese (7g protein >1g carb and good fats)
feeling good, will have green tea before class and class all day
