    lifting weights and face fat

real questions, does lifting weights make your face look fatter? (presumably because of the stressed facial expressions?)

I have been lifting and losing weight, yet my face keeps getting fatter, any suggestion to lose face fat?

Never heard of that. And you can't target ONLY face fat, you cannot target an area to lose fat, it's lost equally from everywhere.

I think he's referring to his face looking fatter, which can be a result of more muscle but not losing previous fat. I've never noticed my face getting bigger because of lifting but aging from 18-21ish my face defidently got bigger even when I didn't gain much weight.

Man I wish. When I lift and lose weight, my face gets really thin. Hoping this cut doesn't yield those results.
I Rep back always. Put it in comment.
