    Exclamation shoulder pain, PLEASE help!

    I've been gyming for a while and then my righter shoulder started to hurt when I was on the Peck deck machine. I was stupid enough to ignore it and it hasn't gone away. Should I stop training shoulders until the pain is gone or are there exercises that can help me recover. Stop gyming is not an option. Please any advice is welcome!
