    Well you want a pre-bed meal... Regardless of cutting or bulking. The last meal of your day should contain slow digesting proteins so that you are staying anabolic throughout your sleep. Casein protein is slow digesting and you can get it from milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, a protein blend supplement like Myofusion etc. Healthy fats would also be good pre-bed because they are slow digesting as well.

    My pre-bed meal is 16 oz of milk and 2 tbs pb.

    you can eat whatever before bed........as long as it is beneficial to your caloric intake, not negative.

    i usually eat cottage cheese before bed, or tuna......

    i usually drink my pre bed shake about an hour before i go to sleep. Also sometimes instead of PB il eat a serving of almonds/walnuts. You could also go with some cottage cheese, and eggs are good as well.

    Personally I think you should always have some carbs before bed to so il have a slice of wheat bread with my shake. If im cutting I wont have the PB in it.
