i been stuck at 635lbs shrugs, i tried 655 after a back and delt workout night, no energy.
i got tiny wrist, so its hard for me to go that heavy then i already am, but ill fix thatFictional character

Deadlift is at 530 for 1 rep as of last week
Squat is at 335 but I can probably go heavier
Bench just got to 300 last week, not goin heavier on that for a wile prolly
shurggin over 400 but I can get 225 more than 60 times straight1 rep max

Squat 495... effin 5 lbs away

i only deadlift n squat when bigbreezy called someone out, other wise i never do them, just have no energy after then end of my workout to add those in, now i do them on my days off or i throw them in at the end of my workout, i can go heavier if i wanted too at the begining of a workout.
good seeing strong numbers in here,. hopefully in a few months all my stats is above the 500lbs

never deadlifted before 2 years ago . my form still needs work and im not going to get hurt maxing on a lift thats not 100% form perfect . im sure i COULd get more off the ground but im not going to count a ****ty lift as a rep .
