    Cardio 6 days a week

I lift 6 days a week doing a split. I plan on doing Hiiit 3 days a week. Should I do cardio on the other days?

I usually did 30 minutes of low cardio on the other days running 6.5 mph

Should I cut down and just do hiit and lift or should i include the other cardio for the remaining 3 days.

I am a big fan of cardio, but just be careful. You can mentally break yourself down if you do too much.

same can be said about weight training, 6 days/wk, even if it is a split, can be a recipe for disaster both physically & mentally

never neglect the benefit of proper rest, recovery & stretching

HIIT 3 days wk and weight training 4 days wk is more than enough for anyone trying to lose weight, let the diet do the hard work
    Eat Clean Snatch & Jerk

i feel that everyone should work each muscle 2x per week. I feel once does not cut it. i donot think 6 days a week is overkill. 6days a week keeps the metabolism up as well as makes me feel better.

30 min of cardio a day seems sufficient.

Full body routine 3x's a week. Heavy weight/low reps. Cardio on your off days. Eat at a caloric deficit and you'll lose fat.

I do about 30 min of moderate cardio if I am doing weights that day, but 45 on non wieght days. I never go a day without cardio It just makes me feel energized. Just dont over do it, it will just mke you hungrier and can have the reverse afftect.

There is more than one way to skin a cat.

Just beware that cardio'ing 6 times a week could lead to burnout in some people.
