im like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym, im getting the feeling of cumming at home,im getting the feeling of cumming backstage when i pump up, when i go out in front of 5000 people, im getting the same feeling that im cumming day and night. i mean its terrific, rite. so u know im in heaven.

Thank you for the comments so far. A lot of hardwork has been put in so far but I'm still looking to add more width and thickness.

I can easily say my width gains have been a result of a lot of pullups weighted and bodyweight and also reverse pullups. My routine:
Warmup with pullups and I always include a warmup with each excersise to really focus on the squeeze and mind muscle connection.
Pullups 3x 8-10 plus warmup
Barbell rows 3x 8 plus warmup
underhand grip lat pulldowns 3x8 plus warmup
seated rows widegrip 3x 8 plus warmup
Hyperextension or goodmornings or deadlifts 3x10 plus warmup
I usually keep deadlifts majority of my back workouts but sometimes I like to rotate them around and add them on a ham day.
I also switch around my workouts each week or alternate them. For example instead of underhand grip I use over hand. Instead of widegrip seated rows I use close grip, etc etc. I'm a firm believer that alternating excersises, form and focusing on a good squeeze will stimulate new growth.
