I have shoulder pain for around 2 months (mild pain). My MRI came with minimum glenohumeral joint effusion. My ortho told me to stop lifting for a month and he also told me I don't even need PT!
I googled this term but it is very uncommon. ANyone knows what is it and how to treat it?

I am better now with rest. There is only one movement that aggravate the pain . Lateral raises with thumbs up or DB flyes. I feel mild pain deep inside my shoulder. Thats why I am concerned about my labrum.
I know its nothing major but I want to get back fully healed. Do u think the GlenH joint effusion has something to do with my labrum?
