Probably a lot more than that. He got CAUGHT 3 times. But how many people do we ALL know who have driven home from a bar when they would be considered legally drunk? Or left a wedding after a few drinks? Or had a bottle of wine at dinner?

I'm not condoning drinking and driving. But the majority of people who drink have in fact done this. I've done it when I was younger. Stupid? Absolutely. I got pulled and had my car towed, and haven't done it since(8 years ago). Almost everyone has driven beyond the legal limit, or knows tons of people who have. The only difference between them(us) and someone who gets a DUI, is the person with the DUI got caught.

Allen has been stone cold sober for about 3 years now. He has overcome alcoholism. And this clown is calling him "scum" for that? GTFO the high horse. He isn't a former rapist or murderer.

So he is a hero because he overcame "his" alcoholism? No one forced alcohol down his throat. You do not need alcohol to sustain life. Save your tears for someone who deserves them.

You said yourself he has drove drunk more than those three times. He is lucky he didn't murder someone and fit your rapist/murderer comment.

First; I never said he was anyone's hero. But being a human, he made some mistakes in life. Second; Alcoholism is a hard thing to overcome, and Allen saw the err in his ways and fixed the problem. Whenever someone is man enough to change themselves for the better, that's commendable. NOBODY IS INFALLIBLE.

I don't understand how Brett Favre is getting voted down. That guy took a hard hit damn near every single play last week, came in after ****ing his ankle up, and is basically the toughest NFL player in the league, possibly history(can't say for sure because I've only been alive 19 years lolz)
