What all have you eatten today?
For me :
Woke up at 10:30
Oatmeal & Yogurt
Lunch at 1 :
4 scrambled eggs
PB&J
Yogurt
What about yall, just wanting to gage how much I'm eating compared to everyone else and see if I have to bump up my cals

well i woke up at 12 noon, so oatmeal protien shake and my vitamins(all for pre workout).

Everyone is different so you can't really go off of what other people are eating. But I have eaten this...
- Small apple (105 calories)
- 1 scoop of Jack3d
--WORKOUT--
- 1 scoop of Cellmass (30 calories)
- 1 scoop of Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 (95 calories)
-- GET HOME --
- 1 cup of oats mixed with 1/2 cup of chocolate milk, Truvia, and cinnamon. (360 calories)
- 1 egg white, refried bean, turkey, and ketchup sandwhich (300 calories)
- 1/4 of a chocolate chip granola Atkins protein bar (50 calories)
