Well lets not dance around this these guys Dexter, and Lee are both insanely genetically gifted and on top of that they are on steroids(Not judging this is an obvious fact). So when you have those 2 factors in place, PLUS!! the fact they train like animals and can sleep all day the caloric dense food doesn't really look out of place. Think about what their Macro nutrient profile would look like ha! IT"S ALOT OF FOOD!
On the natural side of bodybuilding the best example of junk food eating I think would be Jim Cordova, he has great genetics and eats junk food regularly (Steroids Free).
So to answer your question it depends lol....

as long as it fits your macros bro. also its possible to eat healthy at fast food restaurants. chicken sandwiches aren't that bad for you, dont drink soda, and u can baked potatoes at wendy's.some pizzerias offer wholewheat pizza. its about choosing wisely. now taco bell has a healthy side to their menu

First you have to realize that those guys you see in mags are not the norm but the exception and it's going to take alot more than not eating that slice of pie to get like them.
I know for myself I'll never stop having that drink with the friends or that pizza on gameday if I want it. Set yourself up to reach your goals, only you know what those are.
Good luck.

wth??? are you guys doing this on purpose? You pretty much copied everything I said word for word. GEEZ...if you're going to give out advice at least put it into your own words! Look at what you wrote and then read what I wrote. Pitiful!
"keep it to a minimum. The more nutrient dense your food is the better. Dont give up enjoying life, but keep your goals in mind and eat accordingly. The above are exceptions and not the norm"Last edited by Rasc170; 01-26-2010 at 05:36 PM.
