Well lets not dance around this these guys Dexter, and Lee are both insanely genetically gifted and on top of that they are on steroids(Not judging this is an obvious fact). So when you have those 2 factors in place, PLUS!! the fact they train like animals and can sleep all day the caloric dense food doesn't really look out of place. Think about what their Macro nutrient profile would look like ha! IT"S ALOT OF FOOD!

On the natural side of bodybuilding the best example of junk food eating I think would be Jim Cordova, he has great genetics and eats junk food regularly (Steroids Free).

So to answer your question it depends lol....

Yeah. Just eat clean. Stay away from processed foods even. One cheat day every so often is ok, but if you let 2 get in there more will follow. This is all about dedication

Processed food is crap, but be careful not to oversimplify it. Some people can benefit quite a bit from it. I suppose it depends on your definition of processed as well. I avoid traditional fast foods chains like the plague, but I spend a lot of time at buffets and chipotle.

First you have to realize that those guys you see in mags are not the norm but the exception and it's going to take alot more than not eating that slice of pie to get like them.

I know for myself I'll never stop having that drink with the friends or that pizza on gameday if I want it. Set yourself up to reach your goals, only you know what those are.

    Good luck.

Personally, my patented plan is to keep it to a minimum. The more nutrient dense your food is the better. Dont give up enjoying life, but keep your goals in mind and eat accordingly. The above are exceptions and not the norm

    Amen.

I discovered years ago that keeping a overly-strict bind on my diet was hindering potential gains.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

If you don't have an occasional cheat meal, you will probably give up your diet in the long run. A cheat meal will help keep your sanity, IMO.
