If a product has sugar as an ingredient will this throw me out of keto? I had a sweet craving and consumed a scoop of protein powder with some land o lakes whipped cream, which the second ingredient is sugar. Will this effect my progress?
Also if I eat over 200 grams of protein will this kick me out of keto?

no offense bro but I doubt you know what your talking about and referring me to the sticky.. don't even post on my thread, save yourself and myself some time. I have read the stickies, I am talking about ingredients not carb counts.. Yes excess protein is converted into glucose which can be stored as fat.

Everyone is different. Some people can get away with a lot more carbs and remain in ketosis. Some people have to be more strict.
Simply having the ingredient "sugar" will not necessarily kick you out of ketosis.
Look at the carbs on the back and include them in your macros. From trial and error, you will be able to tell if you are still in ketosis or not.www.squidoo.com/keto-diet
