The only chance I have to workout is Wend, Thur, Frid and Sat and sometime just Thur thru Fri. I have to double up on what to work out.
What should I work together? i.e. chest/shoulders, back/bi's. What do you suggest?

I do my shoulders chest and tris together because they all work together.
- dips, bench, incline, military, tricep extensions. i usually work abs as well with this workout.
Then i group my back, bis, and legs together because they overlap as well.
- squats, dead-lifts, stiff legged dead-lifts, chin ups, lat pull down, curls.
Like you i only have four days a week to workout so i do each of my two workouts twice a week. I think it works well because i cant handle all the volume to workout each group in one day (like 4 different back exercises), but its more volume than a full body workout and it gives my muscles more time to recover than doing a full body workout three times a week."Gracie is doing anything he can to hang on....See, Royce isn't choking him with his legs there because he has no leverage. He's just trying to hold Severn back."
Seconds later, Severn taps to the first triangle choke in MMA. Classic.
