    Problems getting areas of my pecs cut up

    I am not new to working out or lifting, but am new to area specific training. I am having trouble finding a good workout for the lower-outside corners of my pecs (under the nipple ha). I do decline flyes, but not really getting any results? Can someone give me some workouts to help get me cut in this part of my chest? Thanks

    chest is chest.shouldnt make any difference workout the way that allows you to lift the most weight.

    if i don't know how to cut ,why would i be bold enough to bulk?

    yes, but there are isolation moves that directly target certain areas than others.
