Pullups (weighted if possible). If you can do sets of pullups with 8-10 reps, chances are you're gonna have a pretty good back. Also, I'm a huge fan of barbell rows.

Pullups are excellent... try every 8 weeks flipping between V bar pull downs, and your regular lat pull down... I also take a barbell put it in the corner and use the V bar to pull up on the Barbell.. very nice.... Umm what else... also try varying your grip from shoulder width to wide grip.... 1 more.. there is a machine where you stand up and lay your chest over a pad and you can pull up on some plates w/ a wider grip.. dont know the name of it, but it is good for isolation.... hard for me to cheat on that one!

Try reverse-grip barbell rows with an E-Z Curl bar!You might have to drop some weight on them but in return you will get a great pump and will get even greater results!
I AM THAT DAMN GOOD!!!!!!!!

I think that's called a T-bar row.

Try,
Pull Ups (Weighted)
Bent Bar Row
Deadlifts
Seated Row.
I find doing these in this sequence add ultimate
width and thickness. Width is important but never forget a back is three dimensional when you turn sidways you want massive thickness and detail.
If width is priority in your building simply use pull ups first.

I have one more good exercise that is very difficult but well worth the hastle..... Using a little wider than shoulder grip, try and pull your self up on the chin-up bar only using your lats and NOTHING else.. you can only pull up about less than a foot but it will abosuletly blast the LATS.... this is akward but try it.....

bent over rows
a good variation of the bentover rows is the reverse drip...what i mean is people usually do these palms down but palms up is actually better (i meant reverse as in the opposite of the regular....because in reality it is the grip that you use for reverse barbell culrs....now i am just confusing u...lol) anyways keep in mind taht you should notbend over more tahn 60 degrees for lower back safety....when you use the term bent over literrarily and bend over 90 degrees....ouchhhhhhhh

bumping old threads to get the gay porn off the first page
Aye, infractions and I may behave. Ban, and I won't post... at least a while. And dying in my bed, many years from now, would I be willin' to trade ALL the days, from this day to that, for one chance, just one chance, to come back here and tell the mods that they may take my reps, but they'll never take... OUR RANT!
