    pre workout supplements

I've been using N.O. Explode before wo and wondered if taking this and other things to get through the wo are hard on the body? The N.O. Explode says to stop taking after 4-6 weeks, so what do you take then after the break? I have to have something. I have to take more of the explode as I get use to it.

There are much better preworkout supps you could take (and lots you wouldn't have to cycle off of). For example, you could take Green Mag and never have to cycle it. You could stack it with White Flood (but it has to be cycled every 4-6 weeks depending on how frequently you use it). Anything with stims you have to cycle off for 10-14 days. When I'm off stims, I use Glycergrow.

If I want to keep it simple would green mag be enough? Not familiar with glycergrow. I just want something to help with energy when I work out. I get up at 5:30 and I have to have something, it's the only time I can wo. Why it is some supplements have to be cycled? thanks p.s. where do you get these things?

Honestly, if you're simply looking for energy... I would stick with something like White Flood or Caffeine Tabs. Doesn't sound like you need a product with creatine. Most supplements need to be cycled because of stimulants (caffeine). If you stay on them, then you just build a tolerance to them and they essentially will not be that effective for you. Plus, it's a little hard on your body.

You can pick up any of that right here at bb.com. That's typically where I buy all of my supps.

GM won't deliver "stim" energy. Look into what JC32 said above me.
