Most people would:
A. Repeat 29 a couple of times after adding weight to their maxes.
B. Go on to Sheiko 37"Clit stimulation if your fingers are dry is not a good idea. The clit is more sensitive than the underside of a guy's penis, apparently.
Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
Also, besides myself, maybe 2-3 of you have actually done anything like this before..."

Most people who are 17, 5'11 and 160 pounds should stop using advanced Russian Training methods designed for lifters who are much closer to their genetic potential and get on a standard 5x5 routine which will progress you much faster.
Don't forget to eat alot.
You won't listen to me, but you should.
Just looked at your journal, and you should absolutely be doing 5x5. You are still in the phase where you can make great beginner gains in both strength and weight and you'll be much stronger in the end because of it. I started off a lot like you (5'10 160 lbs age 18) and if I could go back and do it all over again I would absolutely run 5x5 and exhaust the linear gains in the best manner possible, while also doing enough heavy reps to truly teach me how to do the lifts correctly.Last edited by PeonLover; 01-25-2010 at 07:25 AM.
