and i really wanna do it. i dont know of all the exact details, but its in either 3 or 5 weeks and im 1 lb over the 165 weight class right now. I want to do the push pull. havent attempted over 255/405 in a long time, but i feel really really good right now and have hit 355/465 less than a year ago at 180ish pounds.
can anyone recommend a program suited to get you quickly into your max? or anyone have any advice ?

Just go and work up to a max this week for both lifts. If it's in 3 weeks, take a reasonable opener next week and then the meet the following week. If it's in 5 weeks, work up to a max this week and again next week, then take a lighter week and then take openers on week 4, then the meet in week 5.

Good rule of thumb: make sure you're fingers aren't dry before they go anywhere NEAR her clit/pussy.
