I think it is safe to say the league will run with 12 teams, as they can join League C.

I am active, unless I am 30 games out at the break, then forget it, but I will at least keep non injured players in my roster to keep it fair.

What about a minimum innings pitched for the pitchers? I have played in leagues were they used 30 and 35 innings. Keeps people from sandbagging on pitchers.

that's a good idea. i also like leagues where there are limits on moves per week and for the season. like 5 per week and 50-60 for the season. prevents streaming.

I'm not a big fan of the limited moves because I tend to make a lot throughout the year, but I don't stream. If you want to prevent that put a maximum amount of starts per week. I was looking at past teams on my yahoo fantasy profile to see how many moves I made and if we do limit them 4-5 per week should be fine.

Yeah because I draft a bunch of guys who hit DL for the Season in June and I can only add two guys aweek to try and stay competitive.

Look I've played in leagues where we had unlimited moves. I make a lot of moves myself, but have also played in leagues where we were limited. Last year for instance I drafted two players in DL, put one on my DL spot and moved on. I have made the playoffs every year except my first year in the Misc. league when Jigsaw ran it a couple of years ago. I WANT everyone to stay in the league for the ENTIRE season. I'm sure every team will have their share of players getting hurt, this is long a season.

We need to go ahead and make sure stats, roster spots, playoff scheduling, maximum/minimum innings for pitchers, trade deadline, waiver wire time, possible live draft times, etc. are final. Yahoo may open up registration next week.

i don't know about restricting moves weekly, but overall for the season might be a better way to go...in a dynasty i play in we have a limit of 80 which forces you to make intelligent decisions instead, and unless you're just into switiching players like a maniac there should be more than enough to keep up with injuries and players who are struggling/getting hot...
