Sorry I was away for awhile.
Diet was as follows
3 eggs in the morning with a shake
wait hour and a half then train
after workout 3 eggs shake banana
3 hours after 1egg and a shake
lunch was Tuna, 4eggs,
3hours after lunch 1 egg and nuts
3hours after that 3eggs shake banana
dinner 2eggs, chicken breast with a little rice.
Sorry if this is bad I'm on my iphone and it's kinda hard to do this on it haha. will post training when I get home, but it was mostly sprints and p90x.

Yes 17 eggs.
