Proof that Arnold REALLY did have 22 Inch Arms!

The vid SHOWS that Franco's arms are 19, and unless you are beyond retarded, you know that Arnold's arms were a lot bigger. That doesn't prove they were 22, but it proves they were bigger than 19, which another thread was saying they were.

The video doesn't show that he had 19" arms, it shows he had 18" arms on a tape measure, probably pumped (like they all do). Don't call anyone saying that arnold had 19" arms or less than 22" beyond retarded, because you aren't able to show proof that he had 22" arms. Why do they always avoid being tape measured ? It's simple, when you ask a pro about their measurements, if they are done cold or pumped, they usually reply to you : it doesn't matter the size, but how it looks.

It's for entertainment, they (Weiders, Vince McMahon ...) make you believe that those people who are really big, are in fact even bigger, so that you really believe that you could never have such big sized arms or other body measurements. That way it's easier to mistify things. But they never prooved it.

Not even remotely close, 300lbs on stage at 5'11 with a high bicep peak and much bigger tri's than Arnold too. Arnold was under 250 on stage competing at 6% bodyfat at 6'2, lets get real.... I'd say Arthur Jones got this one right. If those vids showed Ronnie with 23-24's yeah, then maybe arnold might make 20-21. As is stands I dont' buy it.

44.8cm flexed with a pump. With a full pump mine can get to 45.5cm or just over 18". Arnold's are easily a few inches bigger than mine. I have no doubt he had 22s, or at least 21.5s

Without a doubt Arnold's arms were at least 21 inches. Sergio was listed as 5' 10'' but he was probably shorter than that. Columbu was listed as 5' 7'', he could have been shorter. Everyone knows Arnold was 6' 2'' which makes him a lot taller than Sergio and especially Colombu. They all had huge arms, but given the extra height and arm length, Arnold's arms were biggest of the 3. Ferrigno was 6' 5"., the tallest of all these guys with huge arms. Arnold's looked bigger than Ferrignos. Arnold and Lou's arms were much closer in size to eachother's than to the other smaller guys. Lou Ferrigno says his arms were 22 3/4 inches cold, which i believe, given his height. Arnold's arms were around the same measurment.
I, myself had over 19 inch arms at my biggest at 6' 2'' and my arms were no where near the size of Arnolds. I personally measured several of my friend's arms when we were bodybuilding back in our heyday and 2 of them had over 20 inch arms but neither of them came close to Arnold's arms.
Its all you spaghetti armed guys that refuse to believe how big Arnold's arms truly were. With your little twig arms you can not imagine arms that big.

he is far from contest shape (more fat, fat takes up more volume, hence larger measurement) so if his right arm is 22 inches contest shape (in korea 2004), with some fat, maybe 22.5 inches, take an inch off the smaller left arm and walla you get 21.5 inches
