    PH's and fat loss

Just what the title says. I am probably at 20% BF and I have a bottle of M-drol that I have been back and forth on taking. I have taken milder PH's in the past so I do have experience. Does increased test levels promote fat loss? I assume it would based on how puberty works but just wanted to check in on other people's experiences/opinions.

Reduced kcal and increased activity promote fat loss. PHs can and will preserve lbm when dieting.

I would get the bodyfat down more before you dabble in PH's. Honestly.
